Join us for a nourishing three-day, two-night retreat at the beautiful Northern Edge Algonquin. Tucked deep in nature and just steps from the water, this weekend offers a chance to slow down, reconnect, and return to yourself in a setting that feels both grounding and expansive.
Over the course of the weekend, you’ll move through a thoughtfully designed blend of yoga practices, time in nature, nourishing meals, and restful space to just be. Each day includes opportunities for both movement and stillness—whether it’s a morning flow, a quiet lakeside walk, or a candlelit yin practice accompanied by live acoustic music.
Meals are wholesome, delicious, and made with care using local ingredients. We gather around the table as a group, creating a warm, supportive container for conversation and connection. In between, you’ll have time to nap, reflect, explore the land, or sip tea by the fire.
This retreat is designed to feel cozy, clear, and intentional—like a deep exhale before the busy season ahead. No yoga experience is required, just an openness to showing up exactly as you are. The salt way.

Do I need to be good at yoga to come?
Not at all. All practices are beginner-friendly and adaptable. You are welcome to move at your own pace and rest whenever needed.
How do I get there?
Northern Edge is about 1 hour north of Huntsville. If you're looking to carpool, after registration, we’ll help connect those interested in sharing rides.
What should I pack?
A full packing list will be sent out before the retreat, but in general: comfy clothes, layers, yoga wear, indoor shoes or slippers, and a good book.
Can I come on my own?
Absolutely. Many participants come solo—and often leave with new connections and community.
