Join us Saturday, June 22 from 11am–12pm for Heat & Heal—a deeply therapeutic Tune Up Ball yoga session designed to release tension, improve mobility, and align your body from the inside out.
Embodied Presence is a free meditative, trauma-informed yoga experience that invites you to slow down and listen deeply. Through mindful movement, breath practice, and restorative stillness, we explore the felt sense of the body and build somatic awareness as a pathway to self-discovery and inner knowing. With a curious and compassionate lens, this class encourages each practitioner to move at their own pace. We will close with a meditation, an invitation to extend gentleness and care inward and outward. No experience necessary, dress comfortably.
Bring your little yogis to salt June 22nd for an introductory warm yoga class. Let Kim guide you and your child through some fun poses, bringing out their curiousity through movement. A great weekend activity for the whole family. Recommended for ages 5-12
