Ashley is one of those humans that just lifts you up and meets you exactly where you need to be met. When she isn't teaching yoga or inferno she is either busy being mom or dog walking through the muskoka forests. 


Ashley is certified in yoga and inferno hot pilates and is guaranteed to have you feeling amazing by the end of class. Also, her playlists are FIRE! Start your week off with Ashley on Mondays at salt.

Elyse fell in love Pilates after university when she started a full time job. She quickly realized that sitting all day was not optimal and knew she had to find a way to move that would support her posture, strength and overall wellbeing.


With over 10 years of experience, Elyse is passionate about teaching people how to move well, be strong and feel great through all walks of life. 


Her classes will target deep core while incorporating movements to challenge total body mobility and strength. 


Elyse received her comprehensive Pilates and movement certification with Body Harmonics.

Before starting her career in real estate, Kim owned and operated a local fitness studio, where she taught with a true passion for Pilates. Her 11 years in the fitness industry were spent consistently educating herself to stay on top of industry trends, along with a personal challenge of entering the world of fitness competitions, which included Fitness Universe. While her real estate career continues to thrive, Kim is excited to reconnect with the fitness world, sharing her enthusiasm for group fitness purely for the fun, energy and synergy it brings.

Introducing Addy! By day she's crunching numbers in the corporate world, but come Wednesday and Saturday, she transforms into your Inferno Hot Pilates guide! She is ready to lead you through challenging yet rewarding classes! With killer tunes every time!

Jess opened the doors to salt May 1st, 2024 and has been excited to welcome each and everyone of you

Jess Founded salt out of a love for the hot room and the community that surrounds it. Decades of finding her way back to her mat she decided to create a space for healing, connection, health and joy! A space that truly welcomes everyone, no matter your abilities or experience. 

You might meet Jess behind the desk or in the studio teaching yoga and inferno hot pilates. If you see her around town don't hesitate to say hi!

Ange has been teaching yoga for over 10 years. She was drawn to the peace and self-acceptance she felt when she attended her first class many years before.

As a practising social worker, specializing in trauma therapy, she has an innate awareness, respect and appreciation of how our bodies hold onto and store emotions of all kinds.

When she's not in the studio as either a teacher or student, you will likely find her roaming the forest with her dogs, in the garden or hosting family and friends.

She is absolutely thrilled to be teaching at Salt, and cannot wait to honour everyone, as they are, on their mats.

We are thrilled to have this ice bath goddess in the salt family! I promise you will love her Wednesday and Thursday morning flow classes. A  mom to girls, dogs and often behind a camera or on a job site.  Kayla is a joy to be around and her smile is contagious! Meet her in the hot room for some Fiery Classes!

Kim is passionate about health, healing and growth. Her journey to yoga began with her own healing while recovering from a shoulder injury. 10 years later, after completing her YTT and additional studies she is blessed to offer a variety of styles. Join her Rest + Restore class for gentle movement, meditation, breath work and hands on healing with Tibetan singing bowls. Outside the studio you will likely find her in nature, gardening or walking her dog Marley.

Mikala is a passionate Pilates instructor who brings energy, empathy, and enthusiasm to every session. As a stay-at-home mom, she understands the importance of finding balance—both on and off the mat. Her love for movement extends beyond Pilates; she enjoys hiking, weight training, and spin classes, all of which influence her dynamic and well-rounded teaching style.

Whether you're new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, Mikala, is dedicated to helping clients feel strong, confident, and connected to their bodies. Her goal is to create a supportive space where everyone feels empowered to move with purpose and joy.
