With over two decades of experience in yoga and movement education, Wendy brings a soulful blend of disciplines to her teaching—drawing from yoga therapy, restorative somatics, qi gong, energy medicine, and fluid, intuitive sequencing.
Her classes invite a deep listening—to body, breath, and inner rhythm. Through creative and undulating movement, Wendy offers space to regulate the nervous system, explore presence, and return to a grounded sense of self.
Join us September 14th at 11am for Heat & Heal—a deeply therapeutic Tune Up Ball yoga session designed to release tension, improve mobility, and align your body from the inside out.
Using the warmth of the room and the power of targeted self-massage, Kim will guide you through techniques that dig deep into connective tissue, leaving you feeling restored, realigned, and renewed.
The autumn equinox is a potent time to reflect on and embrace both the light and the dark. A time to release what is ready to fall away. In this gentle unwind class we prepare ourselves for the inward season. We root in and cultivate an inner balance through breath, movement, aromatherapy, chanting and stillness.

We offer a variety of hot + warm classes for all levels, including vinyasa, hatha, HIIT, yin, power and restorative yoga. Our classes are designed to help you build strength, increase flexibility, and reduce stress.
